How to Book

Ensure that the scheduled dates and budget works for you. Secure your spot by reviewing the cancellation policy and paying your deposit. Once your deposit is paid, we will reach out to schedule a brief consultation with you. Monthly Payment plans are available and can be divided into 9 payments if booked by February 28, 2023. Room matching is available for solo travelers if needed based on availability. There will be a scheduled zoom group call announced via email, to connect with other travelers on your trip, coordination of flights, and to stay up to date with the latest information for your trip. Our Team will be available and delighted to assist through email, text, phone call to help you with any questions.
Tour Group's Cancellation Policy

Deposit payment is non-refundable. In the event the client’s cancellation occurs 0 to 60 days prior to the booking date, funds will not be reimbursed. Any prior payments/deposits toward the trip will be non-refundable and retained by Besties That Travel LLC. In the event the client misses two consecutive payments without communication to Besties That Travel, the booking will be automatically cancelled/forfeited without refund.

The best option is to fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) where our drivers will pick you up.

Bali Travel Requirements

Valid Passport, (needs to be valid at least 6 months from day of arrival with at least one empty page)

COVID Vaccine

Two or more doses: status fully vaccinated (Johnson & Johnson counts as 2 doses)
You must have a proof (digital/ printed) of Covid Vaccination, (the last dose must be taken 14 days before travelling to Indonesia).

Visa Purchased on Arrival ($35 USD)

Disclaimer: Regulations can change and some authorities and airlines might be stricter than others.

PCR Test BEFORE Arrival in Bali / Indonesia is not needed anymore.

HOWEVER....

If travellers are showing symptoms or show an increased temperature at the temperature check-point upon arrival...

Test is taken at the airport before you get to the immigration checkpoint (or harbour).
These travellers must go directly to their accommodation after leaving the airport and wait for the test result inside the room. They can not leave the room before the PCR test received (and negative).
or, travellers might have to wait for the test result at the airport
