Deposit payment is non-refundable. In the event the client’s cancellation occurs 0 to 60 days prior to the booking date, funds will not be reimbursed. Any prior payments/deposits toward the trip will be non-refundable and retained by Besties That Travel LLC. In the event the client misses two consecutive payments without communication to Besties That Travel, the booking will be automatically cancelled/forfeited without refund.
